You'll have experience building relationships and working to targets, ideally within a sales or recruitment environment. You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development Be creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset Have strong written and verbal communication skills The Role As the successful Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior level roles within a specialist engineering market.
