You will be supporting the team on Landlord and tenant property management workload. Initial 3-month contract with the potential for this to be extended. This would suit someone with good landlord and tenant skills who is used to negotiating asset management deals, ideally in a Corporate Landlord environment. You will be supporting the team on Landlord and tenant property management workload. Initial 3-month contract with the potential for this to be extended. This would suit someone with good landlord and tenant skills who is used to negotiating asset management deals, ideally in a Corporate Landlord environment. The cases can be quite complex, and you will need to be able to take the cases forward with minimum levels of supervision. It would be helpful if you could also handle a caseload of disposal cases too. 2 days per week in the office will be required.
