Electrical Mate

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Electrical Mate to support qualified electricians on a commercial construction project. The role is ideal for someone with site experience who is keen to work as part of a professional electrical team and follow safe working practices.

Electrical Mate Key Responsibilities

• Assisting electricians with installation work on commercial sites

• Pulling and routing cables, installing containment (tray, trunking, conduit)

• Preparing tools, materials, and work areas

• Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised

• Following instructions from supervisors and electricians

• Complying with health and safety regulations at all times

Electrical Mate Requirements

• Valid ECS card

• Previous experience as an electrical mate or electrical improver

• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and site practices

• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

• Good work ethic and punctuality

• Own basic hand tools
