When you join them, you'll work on some of the world's most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds in the industry As a Manager in our regional Financial Services Advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of advisory and independent assurance projects for financial services firms across all FS sectors. You will play an important role in developing and maintaining deep client relationships as well as continuing to develop your commercial management and business development skills. You will have the opportunity to further develop specialist technical and regulatory knowledge and will also have opportunities to work with and support the wider Financial Services Advisory team. You'll be someone with A recognised accountancy or internal audit professional qualifications and/or memberships (i.e. ICAEW, CIMA, CIIA, ACCA etc.) is preferred but not essential. Significant experience of regulatory assurance or internal audit experience working within a professional services or financial services firm(s) A robust understanding of the regulatory environment and good practice in financial services including knowledge and experience of at least three of the following: FCA conduct rules and regulations, enterprise risk management frameworks and operating models, corporate governance / board effectiveness, credit risk, SMCR, operational resilience, consumer duty requirements, culture.
