About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Architect to provide architectural leadership across three strategic initiatives within AdTech: MINT Replacement, AdFinity Insights (Project Brent), and the broader AdFinity Platform Architecture. This is a hybrid role based in the UK, offering the opportunity to shape the future of the AdTech ecosystem.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, and Data teams to define future-state architectures, assess build vs buy options, and deliver high-quality artefacts that enable business transformation. This engagement will be delivered on a time-and-materials basis, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and documentation for MINT platform replacement, reducing vendor lock-in and aligning with AdFinity strategy.
• Define operational and strategic data architectures for AdFinity Insights, ensuring continuity and long-term scalability.
• Develop a unified technical vision for the AdFinity Platform, supporting modular product interoperability and transformation priorities.
• Provide architectural input for build vs buy decisions across multiple initiatives.
• Deliver artefacts in agreed formats (eg, Confluence documentation, architecture diagrams, technical papers).

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design within complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and platform strategy.
• Ability to document current-state and define future-state architectures.
• Experience supporting vendor evaluation and build vs buy analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
