Location: Bolton

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus

• Managing and developing relationships across a diverse commercial client base
• Handling renewals, MTAs, and new business enquiries
• Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines and internal procedures
• Collaborating with executives and claims colleagues to enhance client outcomes
• Using market insight to identify opportunities and strengthen service delivery
• Meeting agreed targets and KPIs

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler
• Strong cross-class commercial insurance knowledge
• Confident user of Acturis
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, client-centred approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver against performance targets

• Competitive basic salary (£30k-£45k DOE)
