Role: Child Care Worker
Location of Role: Lowton, Warrington
Role Description:
We are seeking dedicated Child Care Workers who are compassionate, optimistic, and committed to making a positive difference. You will deliver exceptional care, treat every child with dignity and respect, and help foster a safe, healthy, and relaxed atmosphere.
At Lime Grove Cottage, we provide a safe and supportive home for children and young people aged who have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect, as well as those with mild to moderate learning difficulties, neurodiversity, or mental health challenges. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Experience & Skills of a childcare worker:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People s Workforce (or willingness to undertake)
- Experience supporting children or young people with challenging behaviours (desirable)
- Ability to set behavioural boundaries and provide emotional support
- A positive, caring attitude and strong communication skills
Hours of Work
- Part-time: 19.5 hours
- Full-time: 39 hours
