They re known for their staff retention, clear progression routes, and wide-ranging project work.
Sectors include commercial, residential, industrial, education, heritage and defence.
Projects range from £1M to £200M+.
Clients include developers, occupiers, and government bodies.
They offer a hybrid model, strong APC support, and a close-knit team feel.

The Role
They re looking for a QS from Assistant to Senior level to join their Bristol office.
You ll handle pre- and post-contract work.
You ll support or lead projects depending on your experience.
You ll work closely with clients, attending meetings and producing reports.
There will also be potential future opportunities to get involved in fund monitoring and EA work.
The work is varied and the team is supportive.

About You
You ll have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
You might be well into your APC, or already MRICS chartered.
You'll have JCT and/or NEC experience
You ll be confident dealing with clients and working in a team.
Most importantly, you ll want to grow your career in a stable, respected consultancy.

Package
£45,000 £75,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working- 3 days in office or on site, 2 from home.
APC support and ongoing CPD.
Discretionary bonus and flexible benefits.
