Our client seeks an Installation Project Manager who will cover the project management of supply and installation of projects from order receipt through to final payment receipt. You will run multiple projects at once for short term installs. Experience in construction and / or electro mechanical work is required and good knowledge of managing site visits where works will be taking place. What you'll be doing The House of Commons are looking for a Senior Project Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to lead the delivery of high-profile projects across the UK Parliamentry estate. You will manage a team of project leads delivering mechanical-led projects valued between £50k and £2m, taking schemes from early definition and business case through design, procurement, construction and handover. This role is exciting because no two projects are the same. You'll work on nationally significant, often listed, buildings where technical excellence, safety and innovation really matter. Acting as a senior technical authority, you'll review designs, coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Parliamentary standards, CDM regulations and statutory requirements. Beyond delivery, you'll help shape how projects are run, driving continuous improvement and supporting the move toward condition-based maintenance. You'll also have opportunities to deputise for senior managers and contribute to major programmes, including Restoration and Renewal.
