The role will require a large amount of phone work and client interaction, so strong people skills are a must. About the Requirements The successful Building Surveyor should be able to demonstrate the following: Have higher education qualification in construction related subject. Have a proven practical ability in problem solving. Have a strong focus on providing good customer service. Have very strong communication skills on telephone and email. About the salary Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to 75,000.
