The successful candidate for the role will: Have at least 3 years professional experience within a Managed Services IT environment. Have a wide range of networking knowledge including IP addressing, VLANs, routing and VPN administration. Possess an enthusiastic can-do attitude and be able to independently approach an unfamiliar problem logically, before escalating to other team members with a coherent diagnosis. Have a high degree of people skills and technical competence, with a strong learning aptitude and a confident ability to logically diagnose problems.
