Your Role Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to help them access the curriculum. Assist in the delivery of personalised learning strategies alongside teachers and SENCOs. Promote a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment. Support children with social, emotional, communication, and sensory needs. Contribute to classroom routines and inclusive learning activities. About You A caring, patient, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in SEN support. Able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents. Previous experience working with children with additional needs is beneficial but not required.
