Trainee Estimator

Key Responsibilities Trainee Estimator:

• Supporting the Estimating team in preparing quotes, costings, and tenders
• Reviewing drawings, floor plans, documents and specifications
• Data entry and maintaining accurate pricing spreadsheets
• Communicating with suppliers to request material prices
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of flooring tender packages
• General administrative support across the estimating department

You Will Need:

• Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Previous Administration, Data Entry, Project Support, Construction Office Support, or Estimating Assistant experience is beneficial, but not essential as Full training will be provided

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
