The successful candidate will estimate costs, calculate material needs, and map out project timelines, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget. Day-to-day of the role: Consult with clients to understand their requirements. Conduct feasibility studies to vet proposed projects. Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labour, and timeframes. Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities. Manage risk, value engineering, and cost control measures.
