Technology Support Technician
Location: Farringdon, London 4 days, 1 day remote
Salary: up to 35K
A leading digital media and technology company is seeking a Technology Support Technician to support a premium digital screen network across the UK and international locations, including Europe and Australia.
You will provide first and second-line IT support, maintain and monitor a digital signage network, and assist with hardware installations and system upgrades. The role combines remote support with regular on-site work in London and occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain digital signage and IT systems
• Configure, test, and install hardware and software
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage support tickets and asset records
• Perform patching, updates, and routine maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and building managers

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking knowledge
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• Digital signage experience desirable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
