Successful delivery of client contracts ensuring cost efficiency, through the effective management of labour, plant and materials and on time delivery of reports / projects Ensuring on site adherence to H&S standards, ensuring toolbox talks are delivered and all H&S paperwork is completed weekly; taking a lead role in supporting the H&S calendar of events ensuring near misses and good catches are reported weekly, audits are carried out on site monthly and monthly H&S focus is driven at all times when on site. Ensuring setting out and levels are carried out accurately when required; and accurate records are kept for day to day tasks and works completed. Ensuring accurate reporting of findings in all investigations carried out for the client, ensuring reports are prepared and uploaded to agreed targets where applicable. Leading those on site through clear daily communication, giving clear direction and listening to the ideas and feedback from the team. The ideal profile is someone with: Experience on the civil works for an OHL install / refurbishment / upgrade project. Experience in a people management role on site. Experience on a National Grid, SSEN, SPEN or similar project.
