Job Description
My client a leading regional contractor requires an experienced Design Manager to join a growing contractor delivering a wide range of projects including demolition, enabling works, civils/groundworks and strip-out.
The role will involve managing and coordinating design information across multiple project types, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure designs are compliant, buildable and delivered on programme.
Projects are predominantly based in London, with occasional travel required across the South East.
Key requirements:

Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role within construction or enabling works

Strong knowledge of demolition, civils/groundworks and related packages

Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
