• Champion new technologies, oversee rollouts, and ensure seamless adoption across multiple business units.
• Engage directly with clients and senior leaders, presenting solutions that fuel growth and operational excellence.
• Drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement to keep Compass One ahead of the curve.

• A strategic leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in technology implementation and process improvement programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
• A proactive, problem solving mindset with the drive to innovate and inspire.
• Degree level qualification (Data Science preferred) and willingness to travel across sites.
