Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics to execute fitting tasks accurately.
• Perform roofing, plumbing, and electrical installations as required on-site.
• Utilise welding techniques for metal fabrication and repairs.
• Employ hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
• Carry out plastering, carpentry, masonry, and construction painting duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during fitting processes and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fitting or a related field with a strong understanding of construction practices.
• Plastering experience.
• Flooring experience
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the trade.
• Familiarity with roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, plastering, carpentry, masonry, and construction painting techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
