What is the role?We're looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Data & Insights Partner to help shape how we visualise, analyse and apply data to inform our recruitment strategies. You'll work closely with our TA team to build and maintain dashboards that bring our recruitment activity to life, identifying trends and patterns along the way. You will ensure our data is accurate, insightful, and actionable so we can have more strategic, data-driven conversations with stakeholders.
