In this role, you ll work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialists to support specific developments within the team, aimed at ensuring more people achieve their preferred place of care. You should hold a relevant degree or diploma and demonstrate proven ability in caring for terminally ill patients. Experience in palliative care or oncology is essential. About you: Motivated and adaptable, you re ready to embrace innovative ways of delivering care that reach more patients in the community. With outstanding communication skills, you thrive in a multidisciplinary team working collaboratively to understand and respond to the needs of patients, families, and carers when it matters most.
