Your new role Lead complex corporate tax advisory projects and coordinate input from specialist teams. Oversee compliance work, review technical advice, and act as the main client and HMRC contact for strategic planning and risk management. Mentor and coach managers and assistant managers, driving professional development and performance. Support business development, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing through briefings and workshops. Ensure high technical standards and compliance with firm procedures while promoting ESG initiatives and wellbeing. What you'll need to succeed CTA qualified (ACA, CA or ACCA an advantage) with significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory. Ability to interpret tax legislation and communicate complex advice clearly and simply. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. Interest in business development and networking to drive growth. Experienced in coaching and developing others, fostering an inclusive team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software (Alphatax experience preferred).
