Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Guildford (Hybrid - one day a week in the office or at a client site)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 Basic + OTE up to £90,000+

Role Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will secure new clients, generate sales, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively win new business and acquire new customers
Develop proposals, reports, and strategic plans to achieve Gross Profit targets
Identify client needs and recommend tailored products, services, and solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Manage projects, change initiatives, and strategic accounts efficiently
Report on account status, opportunities, and forecasts to senior management
Represent the company positively and uphold its values at all times
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
Strong decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Dynamics
Ability to lead teams, multitask, and manage projects effectively
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong management capabilities
Customer-focused, proactive, assertive, and self-motivated
