The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, reassuring, and high-quality patient journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit
  • Supporting dispensing, including frame and lens selection
  • Pre-screening and supporting clinics
  • Adjustments, repairs, and collections
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
  • Delivering consistently high standards of customer care

About You
