Quantity Surveyor - Refurbishment / Fit-Out / Construction
Quantity Surveyor - a specialist main contractor is searching for an Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team based in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor to play a key-role within a successful main contractor specialising in delivering retail and commercial projects for an impressive list of repeat clients.

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of 50,000 - 60,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages
- Managing project variations and valuations
- Organising payments and compiling CVRs
- Produce accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Proven track record of work on refurbishment and fit-out projects
- A strong ability to communicate with clients and site teams
- Industry related qualifications
- Excellent I.T skills
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor in the refurbishment and fit-out sector.
