Gas Engineer/Plumber required in Chesterfield to start 05/01/2026 for long term work a voids scheme.

Our client is a large social housing sub-contractor based who operates around Yorkshire and the North West specialising in adaptation schemes on behalf of various councils and housing associations.

This contract is carrying out the following:

• Installing bathroom suites and kitchen sinks.

The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £240 per day Umbrella/CIS. There is on street parking available.

This position is a temporary, ongoing role.

• Previous experience as a Gas Engineer
• Gas Safe Registered
• Social Housing Experience
• CCNI - Core Domestic Gas Safety
• CENWAT - Domestic Central Heating & Hot Water
• Own Tools
• Own Van
• Must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
