Sales Manager
Location: Eastleigh (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Car Allowance: £7,460 per year
Bonus: Sales Incentive Plan (10 - 20%, higher based on performance)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client and drive growth across global markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially savvy professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across Europe, China, North America, and the Middle East, representing the brand and delivering growth.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners globally.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and contribute to long-term growth plans.
What you will need as a Sales Manager:
- Proven track record in sales management, ideally in an international context.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally 3050% of the time.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Industrial specialised machinery experience within Manufacturing.
