MET / Panel Technician
Southampton
- 42,500 - 60,000 OTE (Basic + Bonus)
- Full-Time Monday-Friday Saturday Overtime Available

The Role
You'll play a key role within the bodyshop, delivering right-first-time repairs to manufacturer standards while supporting the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strip & refit vehicles in line with job cards
- Carry out mechanical, electrical & diagnostic work
- Replace components and panels to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure correct parts and repair methods are used
- Complete QC checks and final sign-off
- Support and mentor junior technicians
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in an MET / Bodyshop role
- NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Proactive, team-focused attitude
