We are currently seeking a Registered Manager Complex Care to join our dynamic team and lead our complex care services to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our complex care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.Develop and implement care plans for clients with complex medical needs, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.Manage and train a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver care in line with company standards and policies.Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is provided.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the complex care services.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Nursing.Proven experience in managing complex care services, preferably in a home care setting.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in IT and record-keeping.
