This is a *Manchester* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *supporting high-volume hiring across tech and non-tech roles.*

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support high-volume hiring across tech and non-tech roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with hiring managers, and help ensure the business meets its talent goals on time. This role is fast-paced, execution-focused, and perfect for results-driven recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring strong candidate pipelines and timely delivery.

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to meet hiring targets.

• Track progress and use data to optimize sourcing strategies.

• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to offer.

• Share market insights and support compliance with hiring policies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment or sourcing experience (agency or in-house).

• Experience recruiting both technical (engineering, data, product) and non-technical roles.

• Skilled in proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented.

• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
