Commercial Gas Engineer
Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime opportunities
On-call: 1 in 5 rota (£100 standby fee)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial and domestic gas across a varied portfolio of sites.
This role requires a high level of technical competence, strong time management, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial and domestic gas systems
Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
Completing accurate job documentation and reports
Participating in a weekly on-call rota
Managing workload effectively to meet service-level agreements
Representing the company professionally at all times
Candidate Requirements
Experience & General Requirements
Previous experience in a similar commercial gas engineering role
Eligible to work in the UK
Full, valid UK driving licence
Fit and healthy, capable of carrying out a wide range of physical activities
Strong time management and organisational skills
Holds a current CSCS card
Willing to undergo, or already holds, an enhanced DBS check including the child barring list

The Offer
Competitive salary of £45,000 £55,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience, certifications, and self-management capability
40-hour working week with overtime opportunities
