We have an opportunity for a Lead Vehicle Damage Assessor to support this clients Bodyshop in Skelmersdale Lancashire . This role as Lead VDA at Skelmersdale Lancashire is also an opportunity for the right person to step up into site management with this business.

Responsibilities:

• Use your Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA skills to lead & develop a team of 4 other VDA's
• Prepare accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments using the latest repair methods
• Use Audatex confidently and maintain knowledge of GT Global
• Understand insurer and customer contracts to ensure compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA / Estimator.
• Able to commute to the Skelmersdale Lancashire Bodyshop site
• Skilled in Audatex
• Strong communication skills for working with customers, insurers, and colleagues
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
