An opportunity is available for the right person to lead our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality/Compliance team. The Health, Safety and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards across all Rilmac s locations. The successful applicant will work particularly closely with the Management teams in each of our Trading companies, Rilmac Scaffolding Ltd, Rilmac Insulation Ltd, Rilmac Fabrication Ltd and Rilmac Scaffold Hire Ltd.
This role has responsibility of ensuring that all company activities are conducted in a safe and legally compliant manner, maintain a strong culture of safety, operational excellence, wellbeing and continuous improvement across the organisation and lead ISO accreditations.
