The Role:
- Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the National Curriculum
- Inspire students to develop confidence, creativity and performance skills
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as drama clubs and school productions
What You'll Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related subject (essential)
- Recent experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum confidence
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- A genuine passion for performing arts and student development
- Ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
