Tennial Personnel are seeking a Customer Service representative to work on a Temporary to permanent basis (upon 12 weeks working) for our client located in Ipswich. Our client is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking and energetic applicant to join their small dynamic team and provide dedicated support for our clients Customers. This is a full-time position and the successful applicant will ideally have the following skillset / experience dealing directly with customers either by telephone or via email, and processing invoices over the phone, you will have good communication and listening skills, Be familiar with the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
