Pay Rate: £12.47 per hour
Hours: 38 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturer of healthcare products. This is an excellent temp-to-permanent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking to secure long-term employment within a clean, organised, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.

This role would suit candidates with warehouse experience, as well as those looking to build a stable career within manufacturing.

Working Hours

• Monday Thursday: 07 15

• Friday: 07 30

• No weekend work

• Early finish every Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing healthcare products for dispatch

• Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe and controlled manner

• Moving stock within the warehouse using manual handling techniques

• Completing basic paperwork and stock checks accurately

• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hygienic working environment

• Following all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times

• Working to company standards and production targets

What We re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling healthcare-related products

• Physically fit due to manual handling requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently

• Comfortable working as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and processes

• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures accurately
