Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Nuneaton Salary: Up To £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £34,000) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 To 17:30 Only No Weekends!

The Role: As the face of the Aftersales department, you will be the bridge between the customer and the technicians.
Manage the Flow: ensuring the workshop is loaded efficiently using Kerridge/Pinnacle.
Customer Expert: Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's progress, explaining technical works in plain English, and obtaining authorization for repairs.
Commercial Focus: Identifying opportunities to upsell tailored service plans, tyres, and additional repairs (Red work) to ensure customer safety and department profitability.
Administration: Handling invoicing, warranty claims, and 1Link authorizations.

What we need from you: You must have previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor role.
Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, or Keyloop is highly preferred.
A proven track record of hitting targets for CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and upsells.
A Full UK Driving Licence.
