What you will need to succeed: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within reinforced concrete (RC) frame or civil engineering sectors. Proven experience managing commercial aspects of medium to large-scale RC or structural projects. Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract administration (JCT or NEC). Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with site teams. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the North West and Birmingham.
