Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver an ambitious Individual Giving strategy Lead multi channel fundraising campaigns (digital, direct mail, events) Grow donor acquisition, retention, and engagement Use data and insights to optimise performance and increase impact Manage legacy and in-memory giving programmes Create inspiring, emotionally compelling communications Collaborate with internal teams and external partners What You ll Bring Proven experience in individual giving or direct marketing Strong track record delivering successful fundraising campaigns Excellent communication and storytelling skills Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools Creativity, initiative, and a passion for innovation Empathy for our mission and the people we serve Full job description available upon request.
