About the Company:
Highly regarded and respected specialist civils contractor seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a large, prestigious contract. The Company turnover is in the region of 250m per annum, with civils making up 100m, but with plans for major growth in the coming years. Project values range up to 50m, and they will operate as both a Tier 1 and 2.

About the Role:
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assistant the Project Commercial Manager on 2 schemes, valued together at 48m. Both schemes form part of a wider, major project and growth spend on a scheme that has several years longevity in it. The specific works itself will involve RC, structures and general civils.

About You:

• NEC experience
• Able to take a package of work from inception through to completion
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ideally degree qualified, or HND level
• Able to spot commercial opportunity in a contract
• Enjoy working within a dynamic environment
• Be able to work well within a team that includes delivery and design teams
