Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and personal growth
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Maintain high standards of classroom management and organisation
Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and strategies
Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment practices
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
