This is a role where full training is provided and there's clear career development for a junior designer looking to build a future in the industry. In the long term, you'll progress into a Graphic Designer role, producing artwork, working with clients, and turning creative ideas into reality. In the short term, you'll be hands-on in the workshop - printing, plotting, laminating, and prepping graphics for vehicle application, while also helping keep the space organised and running smoothly.
