Finance Business Partner - FP&A

Axon Moore are delighted to be exclusively supporting a rapidly growing SME in Bradford with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner - FP&A to join their team. As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will provide meaningful insights that help shape strategic decisions, working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders across the organisation.Duties:

• Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic reforecasts
• Perform deep-dive analysis into profitability drivers and identify value-add opportunities
• Produce clear, insightful KPI reporting and commentary for senior leaders
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations
• Conduct ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making
• Analyse operational and financial data to highlight trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Support system and process improvement initiatives within FP&A and the wider finance function

Requirements:

• Newly qualified or qualified (1-2 years PQE) ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to communicate complex insights simply
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems
• SME experience beneficial
