With a robust pipeline of work and a solid reputation in the market, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to support the next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations while helping shape strategy, improve efficiencies, and drive profitability. The successful individual will bring new ideas, challenge the status quo, and play a key role in increasing market share.

Key requirements:

• Proven senior-level operational experience

• Strong background in piling and/or geotechnical engineering
