You will be part of a large and supportive team delivering multi million pound schemes of domestic retrofit, with opportunities to develop your skills across a range of disciplines. You will also work closely with partner agencies to ensure safeguarding and appropriate cross referrals, helping secure the best possible outcomes for residents across multiple areas of need. Due to the nature of the role, a flexible approach is essential, with the requirement to attend some evening and weekend commitments such as community events and meetings. While a background in energy efficiency would be beneficial, full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to grow your knowledge and understanding in this expanding sector.
