In this Audit Manager job in Cardiff, you will take a key role in managing and developing a varied audit portfolio, working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service to a broad client base. You will be responsible for leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards. • Managing a portfolio of audit clients and overseeing audit assignments from planning to completion
• Leading, mentoring, and reviewing the work of audit staff and trainees
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
• Identifying opportunities to add value and improve processes

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
