A highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Cirencester is seeking an accomplished Audit Partner (RI) to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the practice. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse audit portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality
  • Act as RI, overseeing audit engagements and signing off statutory audits
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives
  • Mentor, support, and develop audit teams across the practice
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status
  • Proven experience at Partner or senior leadership level within audit
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
