Entry level Recruitment Role - Leeds

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our growing Leeds recruitment team. You don't need prior experience - just the motivation to learn, succeed, and grow.

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training and close mentorship, giving you the skills and confidence to build relationships, match candidates to exciting opportunities, and ultimately grow your own portfolio of clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and in-house tools
• Conducting phone interviews to assess suitability for open roles
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from advert writing to job offer
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Attending client meetings (with support) to understand hiring needs
• Working towards monthly targets and earning commission for your performance

What We're Looking For

You do not need previous recruitment experience. We're looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, ambitious attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The confidence to speak with clients and candidates
• A desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
• A degree (preferred but not essential) or relevant customer-facing experience
