Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
• Renew customer accounts and promote relevant products
• Identify upselling opportunities through great customer conversations
• Deliver excellent service while hitting achievable sales targets
• Use a simple CRM and diary system to manage your daily activity
• Work within a supportive, high-energy team environment

What We're Looking For

• Confident communication and great people skills
• Sales-focused mindset with a drive to succeed
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
