What you will be doing

  • Cash collection via phone, email and letter; resolving outstanding account queries both externally and internally.
  • Sending dunning letters, statements & copy invoices together with reconciling accounts.
  • Processing credit notes & refunds.
  • Other credit and collections activity, as appropriate, aligned to the Credit and Collections Specialist role
  • Support the team and team leader in the development, organization, and delivery of training to new staff as well as updates to existing team members relating to process, systems & collection and negotiation techniques.
  • Assist the C&C Project Manager to drive continuous improvement projects in the area.
  • Create and maintain process documentation relating to C&C processes.
  • Be the expert for all things Torii (staff development) for C&C.
  • To process the monthly SOX reporting for regulations 209A (Debtors) and 401 (credit mutations) for RUK, RIE and The Nordics.

You will ideally have

  • Fluent speaking of the Swedish language (Essential)
  • Significant prior experience in C&C (Beneficial)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point and operating business systems.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills to identify improvement opportunities of an area.
  • Core competences: customer focus, effective communication, teamwork, flexibility and adaptability, problem solving.
  • Previous credit control experience in a fast past environment is essential to this role.
  • Understanding of SOX reporting regulations is an advantage but training will be provided
